This mod allows you to "disable" lights either by "activating" them or by shooting with a Water Arrow. The lights will come back about 3 days after you have removed them. Water arrows can be bought in "Fighting Chance" in the market district.
Guards will not turn lights back on, they will come back on after a while, depending on whether you shot it with an arrow or used your hands.
Future updates:
- Adding placeable lights for player houses.
- Making guard reactivate them.
