You're an Idiot. "Your killing has been observed by forces unknown..." Only shows up if you kill someone innocent. And "Someone" is the Dark Brotherhood.

There's a bug/glitch in TESSource's caching system that sometimes doesn't load parts of the page. The mod is still there, though, and the download link is always the same. If http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=#### is the file, then http://www.tessource.net/files/download.php?id=#### is the direct download link. ~Galahaut
