This mod changes many interiors in cities, homes, stores, farms, etc., to allow "natural" light into these buildings - Sunlight in the day and darkness at night. I apply no lighting changes to basements, cellars, very "private" places, etc., and certainly no dungeons or anything in Oblivion itself. Unfortuantly, this appears to be incompbatible with the current version of Natural Environments, causing indoor weather.
This mod is one of those very simple but super awesome Oblivion mods. It's definitely on my "Why didn't Bethesda do this?" list. Put simply, it makes interiors lighter during the day and darker during the night. I don't think it needs any more explanation. The great thing about this is there's no need to download specific mods for your brightening needs. Not happy with your Cheydinal House's and your Anvil House's lighting? No need to download two mods; just get Sunlit Interiors :)
