Portable Campfire and Tent

Description
Adds a campfire and tent. They are not placed in the game as yet and must be added via the console.
The campfire uses the same fire per cell. That means in each cell it moves the same fire object to the current location of the fire logs. This doesnt effect the game or the player using it at all but because of this if you try to turn the fire on and theres no fire its cause there hasn't been a fire object spawned for that cell yet. Pick it back up so you have the kit in your inventory and single click on it like your gonna equip it. It'll say you CAN'T equip it and that's right you can't but doing so tells the object to spawn a new fire object next time you use it.
