Note: requires Custom Race Fix(Not included) to start a new game with one of the two races
This very simple mod features (for now) two new (balanced) races the 'Dutmer' and the 'Alnmer', they are a cross between 'Dunmeri' (Dark Elf) and 'Altmeri' (High Elf) which sports respectively a predominance of Dunmer's DNA in the 'Dutmeri' and a predominance of Altmer's DNA in the 'Alnmeri'. Bonuses to skill and stats stay unchanged since I made the assumption that they depend on the education received (Dark/High Elf Style). The disposition of other races towards these two new races is also modified, as history taught us mixed races where often the undeserved target of racism, since none of the original races could recognize the new cross as 'Pure Breed', therefor 'Pure Dunmeri' and 'Pure Altmeri' will not be liking respectively Alnmeri and Dutmeri, the only races that had their disposition increased towards the new races are Argonians and Khajiit, being animal races they understand very well what racial discrimination is therefor they feel natural sympathy for 'different' races. Also, as a goodie I included in these two new races new eyes that can be found in my other mod 'Magistrate Eyes 2.0'

The 'Dutmeri' are a cross between a 'Dunmer' and an 'Altmer' where the Dunmer parent's DNA is predominant. They Inherited around 75% of positive/negative characteristics of 'Dunmeri' and approximately 25% of positive/negative of 'Altmeri'. They can summon an Ancestral Ghost like their Dunmer parent, Their fire Resistance's decreased to 50% due to their Altmer parent's Weakness to Fire, they also gain a slight Resistance to Disease, Additional Magicka and slight elemental weaknesses still due to their Altmer parent. They keep the appearance typical of 'Dunmeri' but they gain 3 additional eye colors (blue, green, brown).

Fortify Maximum Magicka 25%

The 'Alnmeri' are a cross between a 'Altmer' and an 'Dunmer' where the Altmer parent's DNA is predominant. They Inherited around 75% of positive/negative characteristics of 'Altmeri' and approximately 25% of positive/negative of 'Dunmeri'. They keep a sensible Resistance to Disease, Additional Magicka thanks to their Altmer parent and thanks to their Dunmer parent they lower their elemental weakness slightly and lose weakness to fire and gain the power of summoning the Ancestral Guardian. They keep the appearance typical of 'Altmeri' but they gain 1 additional eye color (red).

A fairly clean new race mod; all the stats are listed above. It seems a little unbalanced to me, expecially the Alnmeri, but it's your choice. Magistrate tried to include the whole description(See above) in the race description window for when you choose your race, but it didn't fit, and there's no scroll function. So, in version 1.0, some of the description of the race is cut off. This not only keeps one from seeing the entire description, but it also breaks the precedent set by the other races, and makes this race stand out. A simple addition, which, if cleaned up slightly, could add a bit of color to the game.
