Imperial City Moth Priests

[edit] Description

This simple mod adds a selection of Blind Moth priests that wander the Imperial City. It also adds a Moth Priest Dorm in the imperial palace crypts for them to sleep in. There are nine priests in all, each with its own AI routine, they mainly wander the more civilized Areas of the IC, the Temple, Arboretum and Palace Garden Districts. They should'nt effect any quests and the like, and are pretty passive, (As well as blind.)

I hope to at some point update this so the priests respond to official Holidays, and maybe do something about them harping on about being quiet in the imperial palace every time they meet you. I may even add katana wielding Palace Bodyguards for them.
