This mod adds a new house on the shores of Topal Bay, just south of Leyawiin, and on the very edge of the map. It will show up as a tent marker on the ingame map, and can be fast traveled to.
The house itself is a wizard's hovel, with a small attached garden. Inside you will find a bed, a restocking food cupboard, a restocking ingredient cupboard, a special cupboard to store your own ingredients in, as well as a special chest containing a new set of clothing: the Hedgewizard's Robe, Hedgewizard's Hood, Hedgewizard's Gloves, and Hedgwizard's Shoes. All of these pieces have fairly substantial enchantments that should make roleplaying a simple wizard a good deal easier; as such, these could be considered "uber" or even cheat items; what you do with them is up to you. The chest itself is locked, but the key is sitting within the house itself.
