Dangerous Nights and Storms

This mod works to make Nights and Storms alot more dangerous by spawning creatures off a leveled list. There are currently 2 seperate .esp's. One is for the added spawns and one is for the stat changes and blurring during rain. This mod plans to add several various danger to night times. Eventually including vampires that hunt at night and cut-throats that roam the streets at night.
To install just move to the oblivion/data folder and enable in the loader.
Please understand this is still new and so try to post all ideas/changes you want in the thread
From 0.04 to 0.05
All percentages cut by 66% to prevent overwhelming odds. Also a cap has been added to the ammount of spawns so you dont get lagged out.
From 0.03 to 0.04
Creatures no longer teleport around like crazy monkeys.
From 0.02 to 0.03
Creatures now spawn alot farther out. No fast-travel at night and during storms should be fixed (equip ring and hit a button to select preference does not need to stay equipped) If you have a torch out creatures will follow you closely until it runs out and occasionaly attack (this isnt working as good as I like but oh well) Also all scripts are changed so that they can take full advantage natural weather mod (assuming he properly marked his raining weather)
From 0.01 to 0.02
Creatures are now on a leveled list so going outside is ok if you are prepared.Still be expected to get attacked by 1/2 creatures per minute Goblins til about 5, wolves til 10-ish, minotaurs and zombies (powered up) at 12 onwards til about 18. At 12 and 16 wolves in packs spawn. At 18-ish the Minotaur lords, land Dreughs, and liches kick in (but still only just 1/2) and past this its just more monsters. Also there is a small chance (5% every other wave) of a 5 level higher then you monster spawning. (which can be easily defeated with enchant) This will happen about once every 45 minutes you've been playing, but since night doesnt really end up lasting 45 minutes you probably won't find these that often :D. From Alpha to .01
Creatures have been set to spawn less for balance and the Land Dreugh has been replaced with a darker textured one. A kill script has been added to all monsters so that when you take cover inside a building they will go away. :D
