This is a retexture of the soulgem "Azura's Star." I was a bit disappointed at how this artifact looked in Oblivion, so I did this.

- Have done two more stars in silver, one with red gems and the other with blue gems.
- For the purist like me, there is also the original texture with gold gems.

- Now you have the option to chose between a gold star with gems, or a brass star with silver ornaments.

The plugin should not invalidate your old saved games. But, I make no guarantee, like when using any new plugin, it is highly recommended that you make a backup of your saved game(s).

Yep, I'm back to graphic mods for a bit now. Anyway, Ceano is pretty much a machine, churning out or updating small but useful mods at a rapid pace. And, if you remember, I like small niche mods much more than massive changes bundled together (OOO is another story...). This is just another mod in a long chain of releases for Ceano.
I always thought that Azura's Star looked a little bland for a Daedric artifact. Now, bear in mind that I am no lore scholar, and I really don't care that much about the lore as long as it is kept relatively close (no machine guns or moogles for me) to the general "genre." With that being said, I have no idea how Azura's Star is "supposed to" look, nor do I really care.
Back on topic a bit more, Ceano has recently updated this mod (1.2) to include a variety of new texture choices for the star. Personally, I'm using Brass/Silver, and have been since 1.1, but all of the choices looked unique and interesting. I would definitely recommend anyone who thinks Azura's Star is a bit "boring" to check out the variety of choices included with this mod. Chances are you'll find at least one that you like.
