This mod adds the spellmaking function to an existing and particularly interesting room for players that complete or have completed the Anvil house quest, in a very story-based way that enhances the overall plot.
A related secondary modification is spell vending for Carahil, the head of the Anvil mages guild, who now offers a variety of player creatable spells connected to the perspective revealed of her in the above and other quests.
