[edit] Summary

All Natural is a modular weather modification that incorporates Natural Interiors (NI) for indoor weather syncronization. The modular nature allows you to choose add-ons for Enhanced Weather (EW), Natural Weather (NW, part of Natural Envirionments [NE]) or both at the same time. This allows for a degree of customization with weather that hasn't been available before, all while keeping everything in sync when transitioning from outdoor to indoor locations. With the included mesh resources, All Natural's NI support will not just let you experience weather sounds while indoors, it allows you to look through the transparent windows to actually see the sky.

As an added bonus, there is also an included Real Lights module to add even more realism to the interior and exterior lighting, based on Josef's original work.

Work is also being done on an extension to the NI support, called Windows to the World, which will expand on the transparent windows to allow you to see not just the sky, but the surrounding buildings. Right now only the Imperial City Market District is covered, but that alone is well worth the look. Future versions will eventually expand to all of the cities and include NPCs that will pass by outside.

  • Question: I have a problem with something related to the mod not answered here. What do I do?
  • Answer: The best thing you can do is to post in the Forum thread. Also check that you have set up your AllNatural.ini correctly, and that you are using no other weather mod, besides Enhanced Weather SI Only.
  • Question: What happened to AWS being supported?
  • Answer: Enhanced Weather is the next generation of AWS, in the sense that it has now replaced AWS in terms of development. For this reason, AWS was swapped for EW, enabling future expansion from both mods and better support.
  • Question: If this mod is so good, how comes it's still in beta?
  • Answer: There are still a few rough edges to the mod, which we would like to be polished before a 1.0 release. These include a few unfinished meshes for the transparent windows, the structure of the mod (we want it to be modular) and some of the scripts. Never the less, it is worth a try.
  • Question: What do I do if I want SI support?
  • Answer: SI support is not currently planned for this mod. A recommended mod which is compatible and changes the SI weather system is Enhanced Weather SI Only, and only includes EWs SI changes.
