[edit] Description

This mod re-introduces the Imperial Arch-Mage Hannibal Traven. I found him to be a pretty pathetic excuse for ArchMage, especially since the Archmage in Morrowind could easily whoop him, he wore a randomly generated crappy staff, unenchanted robes and looked like a janitor. Well, that is all changed now. He now carries a powerfully enchanted Ebony Staff and wears Axeface's Archmage armor (Blue Version) and knows how to use both, much better then before.
